                      研究方向:

                        本課題組以單分子生物物理學和分子動力學模擬為主要研究手段,結合免疫學、生物化學及其它生物物理學方法,聚焦于研究T細胞免疫活化及其調控機制,一方面試圖闡明生理條件下關鍵免疫受體與配體的識別模式,深入理解免疫信號產生、跨膜轉導、細胞響應等重要生物學過程的分子機制;另一方面試圖從中發現新位點或新靶標,并在解析基因編輯工具功能機制的基礎上,發展T細胞特異的基因編輯方法以對其進行功能化改造,為新型免疫治療策略的研發與優化提供理論基礎。
